  Pool not operating, had to ask for a discount as we had booked because of the pool. They weren't too happy to have a satisfied customer!

  The room was lovely and the wifi was great I was on a business trip in and out so it was great that way. it was quiet which is what I needed

  There was no access to food which was very difficult After a long day of driving it was very inconvenient to have to go out. Even more difficlult was not being able to even have access to tea outside of getting dressed and going to the convention centre when I didn't need to be there until later in the morning.Otherwise it is a beautiful place

  That it was at the base of the hill with direct access to the gondola.

  Our room was very skinny. There was hardly enough room to walk between the end of the bed and the TV cabinet the was against the opposite wall. It was a room to sleep in with a glorified hotplate and fridge.

  The hotel is very poor, tired with vary worn everything. If you are staying in a gang of skiing party drinkers and want to drink and eat low quality meals and play games machines it is fine. If you want a high quality hotel in a location with plenty to do in the Summer, it is a disaster. We were luckily only there for one night so it was quiet and the sheets were clean. Nothing would get me back there at £120 per night.

  We reported the shower head leaks...also note that a shower cap would have been nice to have. The coffee machine was great once you knew how to use it, but the second day there were no sugar or milk added so we had to go downstairs to get it.

  We liked the location, very picturesque. The service was very good. We would stay there again. It seems very good for skiers with the kitchenettes in the room. My husband went skiing at Mont Sainte-Anne a few times in the early 1970's (from Toronto) and was happy to spend a night there again on our way to the Maritimes..

  The only thing I could say would be to maybe update the rooms a bit, but really it was just fine.

  Room is clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room to a king size bed for free. They only charged us the price that was quoted on Booked.net, and they even gave us a 10% discount for showing our CAA card.
